How To Reduce Cellulite Naturally

Most women I know have some cellulite on their thighs and abdomen.  I started developing cellulite while still in my 20s.  It wasn’t due to weight gain or inactivity, all of the sudden, it was just there.  My entire life I have been very active with running, road biking, weight lifting and yoga.  And never has my cellulite improved. Every spring I would try another new cellulite cream I saw in a magazine, and they never worked.  I learned about dry brushing from a natural oils proprietress and that did not work, either.  So, I banished thoughts of getting rid of cellulite permanently to the “maybe I will get cosmetic surgery someday” bin.

Of course, there is much you can do to improve your health overall and the appearance of your cellulite will improve.  Having a normal body weight will lessen the cellulite.  And having a normal body weight with an appropriate amount of muscle is even better.   A normal body fat percentage is 20-25%.  Aim for the lower end of the spectrum.  I had my body fat percentage measured with an hand held body fat analyzer at my local gym, and I was close to 25%.

I will be reviewing the common cellulite reduction methods plus the natural cellulite treatments that have really helped me decrease the amount of cellulite.
